A marketing expert. Alicia has spent more than 25 years building brands, and she approaches every one as both an art and a science. The art is the identity, the story and the design that make a brand impossible to ignore. The science is the research, the brand archetype assessments and the market data that prove it is working. Her roots in design give her an eye few strategists have, and her years running businesses give her the discipline to tie every creative decision to growth.
A business owner. Alicia has owned and run marketing businesses since 2009. She knows her clients' side of the table because she sits on it too: the budgets, the pipeline and the pressure to make every marketing dollar count. That experience is why Empathx focuses on B2B service companies, and why she builds a voice and tone guide for every client, so the website, the content and the sales outreach all sound like the business behind them.
A leader. As Managing Partner, Alicia sets the strategy, leads the Empathx team and owns every client relationship. She works side by side with owners and leadership teams, from the first brand assessment to presenting strategy to their boards, and she builds the team, systems and tools that keep marketing moving long after launch.
Away from work, Alicia lives in New Jersey with her husband, daughter and two dogs.

Founded in 2021, Empathx Creative is a brand strategy and marketing agency based in Woodstown, New Jersey, led by Managing Partner Alicia DeCaro. We work with clients across New Jersey, Pennsylvania and the Mid-Atlantic, and remotely across the United States.
